In this video I am reviewing the SLR Magic Anamorphot-40 1.33x Anamorphic Adapter and why I believe it’s one of the best budget options for anamorphic. Without needing to spend tens of thousands of dollars, if you have a lens with a 52mm front thread you can attach the adapter to front of your existing lens for a in camera anamorphic look. There’s pros and cons to this adapter which I go over as well but for $449 I think it’s a great option for anyone who wants to experiment with anamorphic on a budget.
