What’s going friends, we’re back with a new video! Among much of the recent news and videos being produced by photographers and film makers is the Sony A7RIII.

I think now would be a good time as any to provide my REAL WORLD experience with the Sony A7RII, having used this amazing little camera on a variety of professional and commercial work.

I’m keeping this one as short as possible and i’m giving you guys my top three reasons for why you would consider buying the A7RII over the A7RIII as we come to the last few weeks of 2017.

Thanks for watching!

What’s going on friends! I have a brand new video talking about Full Frame vs Super 35 and image quality between the two on my beloved Sony A7RII.

The main thing holding back the Sony A7RII from being the best hybrid camera in 2017 I believe is the softer image quality when using Full Frame mode when shooting 1080P. In 4K there’s so much more detail that you can shoot 4K (believe it or not!) but it would be nice if that same level of detail was in 1080p.

Examples are in the video along with my thoughts on the appeal of filming in full frame (my personal favorite) over a Super 35 or APSC sensor.

Hope you enjoy the video! Comment down below and let me know if you love Full Frame or Super 35 better!

Everyone’s looking for buttery, smooth slow motion these days! From YouTubers to film makers, we ALL like and sometimes need 120fps! Yet, after using the sony A6500 for the better half of 2017, i’ve come to the conclusion that 120FPS just isn’t it’s strong point. Yes it’s there but the data rate from it is SO LOW! That’s just one part i’m covering in today’s video. Here’s the 3 main points:

1.) Data/Bitrate when using S&Q and normal shooting modes
2.) Difference when using 60FPS compared to 120FPS
3.) Tips on getting better looking images when using 120FPS

As always leave a comment here so I know what camera you guys are using for you 120fps videos! Don’t forget to subscribe so you know when new content comes out.

Hope you enjoy!

With day light savings the sun sets much earlier these days. However, that hasn’t stopped Operation Gift A Smile from delivering hot meals, water and games to the motel families in Anaheim, CA. This one truly hits home as a new family we met last month is still here, with a young boy named Jonathan showing us how a simple smile can warm a heart.

Filming in low light is TOUGHT, especially with a Sony A6500 or Sony A7RII. Is there a wide enough lens for establishing shots that can still do good in low light? Well, I think there is! Here’s my review of the Laowa 12mm F2.8 Zero Distortion lens and why I pick it as the best low light wide angle lens you can get for Sony mirrorless cameras!

Title say’s it all…sort of…

It’s hard to get down on yourself and be over critical when things go wrong. Some things are just out of your control, whether you choose to feed into the negativity or move forward from it is your choice – something i’m still fighting with everyday.

I just have to remind myself to “KEEP GOING”

Thanks for watching friends, means a lot.

What is going on folks! Hope you’re having an amazing day! The time has finally come, after several months of abusing and using the Sony A6500 for professional and personal videos, I bring you my official in-depth Sony A6500 review video. Here are the topics I cover in my review.

1.) 4K Image Quality
2.) Battery Life and best option
3.) Rolling Shutter
4.) Autofocus comparison with the Sony A7RII and Canon 1DX Mark II
5.) Versatility and final thoughts

I’ve waited this long as I feel cameras and even certain lenses need enough time to work out all the kinks and to better understand the camera for what it is.

Hope you guys enjoy it! Please leave a like if you enjoyed it, subscribe for more content for you eager and innovative filmmakers out there and leave a comment down below with your opinions on the Sony A6500!

I was inspired, as I generally am, to speak about happiness. It’s something I believe everyone is looking for. What defines your version of happiness?

Some food for thought…

A mini documentary about David “Doc” O’Connor, owner of http://www.vetspaddle.com in Dana Point, California.

I met Doc while filming for an upcoming YouTube Review Video and was immediately intrigued by this his music. Here was a man playing to his hearts content on a gorgeous sunny morning with the pier as his stage and the birds and kayakers as his audience.

Here’s a little bit about David from his website:

Vietnam Veteran, David “doc” O’Connor, knows what it feels like to need inner peace. Believing in the healing properties of the ocean combined with kayaking, doc founded “vetspaddle.com”. This program, intended for veterans, firemen and policemen, brings those veterans who return from service with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), other traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) or physical disabilities together through kayaking activities that help them relax, rehabilitate, and reintegrate into society.

Hope you enjoy this short documentary about Doc.

Thanks for watching!
