Looking for an all in one solution, step ring plus diffusion filter? Well Revoring has a new product launching that unfortunately gets you half way there. Their new Blackmist Filter plus Revoring System is a good idea but poorly executed as you can’t take the filter off as well as there’s no threading in front of the filter to use screw on ND filters.
Now there are positives with this setup if you enjoy the Revoring and find yourself more often than not using diffusion filters. The 1/4 strength of this unit I received is subtle and just the right amount for your standard commercial, branded content or social media type of video you’d be hired for.
