I was offered an opportunity to teach a yoga class in collaboration with Wholefoods, however things don’t turn out the way people expect. I never have expectations for things, that i’ve learned instead is to be grateful for the opportunity and do my best every single time.
What thoughts and goals do you always have expectations of? Can you let some of them go in order to see them for what they are?
